I have had the same experience as a lot of people posting reviews. Ordered an iphone 6plus on 28th Nov. After so many emails to them - no phone arrived so I requested a refund on the 21st Dec. And yes you guessed it, I have not received a refund yet - they said that the refund was processed and I should contact my bank if I have not received it. This company is an absolute disgrace to do this to so many people especially at Christmas time. I had to buy another phone as it was an Xmas present for my brother. I just want to be done with this company and get my money back - they were quick enough to take it from my bank account!!!!! I dont want to see an apologetic reply on this review as it is complete bull!! Just process my refund!!!!!!!! ID139723
