BEEN 6 WEEKS AND STILL NO REFUND !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Try ringing them first, you will not be able to speak to customer service or anyone. A business that doesn't answer their phones is failing big time. I ordered a refurbished phone and waited over 2 weeks for delivery when it arrived the headphone portal didn't work quite a major fault and not specified as a fault when ordered. Clearly they hadn't checked product before sending out. Due to lack of communication from Quick mobile fix I demanded an immediate refund. It took nearly a week for them to provide me an address to return said product. I sent phone back next day delivery, It took them 3 days to confirm they had received the phone. Again what reputable business does not check its mail everyday? They received the phone August 15th and said it could take 10-14 days to refund. It has been well over that time period which was already a ridiculous amount of time to refund.
I have now had to make a missing refund claim with my bank to retrieve the money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
CHECK THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE AND SEE LOTS OF SIMILAR COMPLAINTS

So Quick mobile fix respond to a bad review within hours yet take 2 days to respond to customer emails ??? Rather than apologies and take comments on board why cant you just refund me the money you owe. Its been over 3 weeks. How you think this is acceptable behavior for a business is stunning???

AGAIN PEOPLE AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
If buying a phone use amazon or Ebay its usually next day delivery and they refund you immediately if something is faulty.

QUICK MOBILE FIX IS RIDICULOUS and have no idea how to run a business or communicate with their customers!!!!
