OK so as you can not locate my order by the name Julita Pilka !!!! My order number was : ID154633 !!!!! I have cancelled it 3 days ago, and I am waiting for my refund ! It has been 3 weeks when you keep lying to me, and delaying my order, and now out of the sudden you act like you care ?? Just because it's a Google review so all people can see it, right ? Wish you were that active also when it comes to emails !!!!

People avoid these FRAUDSTERS at all costs please !!!! This company should never exist. It was the worst online purchase experience I've ever had in my life.
First, I had to literally ask what happened to my order, because they didn't bother to let me know it won't arrive within 7 (promised) working days. Secondly, they had a 'slight delay shipping my item' then they promised it will be dispatched within the next 1-3 working days which obviously never happened. And again, they didn't try to contact me to explain why the phone was never sent. After 13 working days of their passive, and non-participating attitude I cancelled my order eventually, just to be told I have to wait another 14 days to get MY money back ? Is it a joke? You want me to follow your regulations, and processing time while you can't even follow the rules you have made yourself ? RULES that are officially written on your website. Just in the name of respect, and dignity you should process the refund transaction asap to compensate all the inconvenience you have caused as a company. People please report this company to Trading Standards, and police !! This is what I am going to do. Don't allow them to deceive more unaware people.
