Worst mail order experience ever. Unusable phone ....

Worst mail order experience ever. Unusable phone . Tried phoning, they never answer, finally got reply to email, then delay tactics to get me past my 14 day period.
"We have forwarded your information onto the gentleman who works in the cancellations department.
He will be in contact with you within the next 24 hours regarding your order. "
4 days and follow up email later. No reply. Just sent phone back anyway. Lets see what happens.
Had to give 1 star as connot give Zero (or minus!)
