I ordered a iPhone 6s Plus for my mum back in October it was great no problems. Anyway I ordered my daughter a iPhone 6s literally a month ago this week well I got the phone 2 weeks later wouldn t charge I sent it back for repair ( which I get no money off my bill and anyway should actually be getting a exchange since it s not even been a month ) took 7 days to fix got it back Monday literally the start of this week and it s not charging again !!! Well this time I don t want the same phone back or am cancelling this is ridiculous worst part I ordered pristine iPhone 6s. Mums was just a basic and it still going worst mistake I have done yet.

Phone fit the description of 'broken', but the offer was reduced to less than half of the original after inspection. Payment was then not made in the agreed time frame, and was only made after I asked why it was delayed. Stay away, they rely on a 'might as well' attitude to accepting a lower offer once you've gone to the effort of sending your phone.
I am very pleased with my iPhone XR and it looks like brand new. Speedy delivery.cheap. And I would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy from this website .

Horrible experience so far, and still haven't even received the actual product (refurbished iPhone 7)...... Ordered 28th December to ship UK - Ireland. Should take 5 working days, right? It's the 23rd today, still no product, had to remind them to ship it about 12 working days after order since didn't get tracking ID or any news... They have a great online image, but so far my experience is horrible, have a bad feeling about the phone as well now wouldn't be surprised if it came faulty...

Amazing service! Sent my iPhone to get the screen fixed and got it back within 4 working days. My phone works perfectly! Thee customer service is also pretty good and respond to emails within couples hours. Best prices in the market so far.

I was advised at the time of ordering that it would be dispatched within 7 working days. 3 emails later and they still can't tell me when it will be dispatched. DO NOT TRUST - UNRELIABLE AND INCOMPETENT. After purchasing a refurbished phone from them in February it stopped working this month. In my initial contact with them I stated I had moved house and I enclosed my new address on the email confirmation they requested and on the outside packaging. Now if, as they state, it is company policy to only get a change of address through email I cannot understand why the person I was in initial contact with didn't explain this. They company had my phone for over a week with no real updates on repair progress or what the problem was with the phone. The next contact made was to inform me that my phone had been shipped... to my old address 400 miles away in Scotland! I contacted them immediately to try to stop the delivery but every member of staff I spoke to about the issue refused to acknowledge that the company was at fault, claimed there was nothing to be done, and only continued repeating their original message - this is the address we have and here is your tracking number (which didn't work for the first 36 hours). My phone arrived at my old house and even when I tried to get the company to send a free postal label to my old house to have the phone sent directly back to me (at cost to the company as it was due to their error) the only offer was for my phone to be sent back to them and for them to try resending it - I did not feel they were competent enough to achieve this and am now having to pay for the postage despite them being at fault. I have been without my phone for two weeks now and have lost work due to my lack of phone. Only leaving one star because I have to!
UPDATE: I had a person from my old address post the phone directly to me (the company refused to cover cost unless I sent it back to them to resend to me). The phone has arrived today and is once again broken!!!!
I brought 2 iPhone 6s for my nephew and me and we are so pleased with them. The condition I selected was good and that they were. I also told them I could get a better deal on eBay so they gave me a discount which made them cheaper which was good. I also got a couple of screen savers for reviewing them on Trust Pilot so if I ever upgraded I would choose Quick Mobile fix first and see what they had to offer.

The iPad that I ordered did arrive within a week and was the correct spec. However, it has a really poor quality screen repair, to the point where you can see the touch grid that's embedded in the screen. I only need the device for app testing but if it was a personal device, it would be going back.

Still not received a refund despite the phone being received by the company over 2 months ago. Having to go through my bank for a chargeback. Returned a iPhone that had scratches 2 months ago. Not got the money back so far. I have sent about 10 mails and tried calling several time. No one picks the phone. I got few emails to say ' will investigate'
Initially sent HTC M8 for a screen repair. There was more damage on the phone following 'repair', including new screen not installed properly, USB charging port stopped working. Had to resend to repair new issues. Now a hairline crack has appeared on screen, and USB power port has stopped working again! Spoke to customer services, they said it was not covered by them - Even though the phone hasn't been dropped etc.
The service isn't as great as it claims to be - Use with caution.
I sent an iPad mini off for repair to these guys as local shops were expensive and they had to send the device away. Well what amazing service. Postage all dealt with. The iPad was returned within a couple of days with a free pen and iPad case/cover. I could track the repair throughout, not that it took long enough to track! Very good value for money too, couldn't find a better price. Would DEFINITELY use again and have recommended already.

4 September 2018 - Device received by Quick mobile fix (QMF)as per Royal mail confirmation. QNF didn't send any acknowledgement email.
Called after two weeks to see what was happening. QMF replied saying we have changed our policy. It now takes 10 days to inspect the device and another 10 to process the payment.
Contacted QMF early October 2018 to find out status of the payment as it stated on QMF website's tracker that the payment had been processed. They replied saying payment processed on 27 Sept and it takes 10 working days to be credited by the bank.
Contacted again on 16 Oct 2018, they said they will get back within a day. No response or update after that.
No one picks up on the phone number on their website. After leaving a review on another website I got a response saying I didn't provide my order reference on the review website. Order reference is there in all my comms.
It has been over a month and a half since I sent my device and still no payment. Unacceptable.
Very poor service and unable to diagnose the issue. It took more then 2 months for Quick Mobile Fix to send my device back. I am surprised they were unable to find problem. When my device arrived, in minutes I was able to see the problem. Customer service is also very poor and lack of calling adds more problems.

The phone was not in the package when it got delivered, then they waste your time for 2 weeks so that can t claim yo UPS and they don t give you a refund or replacement phone. It will be great if someone can give information on any other way I can push this further so they don t get away with this.

Awful company awful customer services. Will not answer the phone ignore emails. I spent 8 weeks without a phone for there 24 to 48 hour repair service they then decided they couldn't actually repair the phone. Offered a full refund they then only refunded a partial refund. I'm unsure of how this company have got anything more than 1 star. The website states next day delivery. Upon placing your order a confirmation receipt is received which advises it can take upto 7 WORKING DAYS for your order to be processed. Clearly misleading. I've emailed and chased them and some 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the mobile phone. Seeing as I had not received any device I enquiried for a refund but was advised that a refund would not be processed until 14 days. With this in mind, I would have had a balance raised on my credit card, of which I am incurring interest, with no device even being dispatched. There is no contact number - everything is done by email, and the response and helpfulness is anything but helpful or effective. Basically they take your money and keep you waiting, or locked, or attempt to keep you locked in by refusing to do an immediate refund. The owner is a multi-millionaire and does not give a dam about the customer satisfaction. Seriously, by the time I get my product, I'd be due a contract upgrade from my provider. STEER WELL CLEAR. Does not meet company objective, does not meet customer satisfaction, does not meet their own timeframes set.
Following on from the above review...I placed my order on 14/02/2020, advised I would receive my produce in 7 days. On 25/02/2020 I was told it would be dispatched by the end of the week. I chased again today last week and today I have been told my order should be dispatched within the next 7 days. Total con. Rip off. I've requested a refund and been told this may take upto 14 days. By way of further update as of today 19/03/2020 - QMF have advised to contact their customer services team via email....This has been the email account I have constantly been in touch with as their is no phone number. Again, I was told I would receive my refund within 14 days. I haven't. I've emailed and been told it will be provided on or before 16 April. So despite cancelling my order before any device was dispatched, having allowed some 3 weeks for them to dispatch the device, I'm now having to wait atleast 6 weeks to get my money back. DISGUSTING. This company have been publicised in the Ilford Recorder. I've told the company that I want my refund and have not got it. I simply want my money back and nothing else to do with this company. I'm now having to log a claim via the county court to get it back.
Further update 24/04/2020. I ended up having to issue a court claim via MCOL to obtain my refund. The company have been issued with the court claim documents and given a timeframe to settle the matter, yet appear to have not met this either.

Had to chase up delivery as not delivered within advertised timescale. Phone did not work properly (although I've since discovered that the problem is common with the phone I ordered). Returned phone but now there's a problem with a refund - could take up to 8 weeks. Not impressed. Won't be using again.
Informed that delivery would be 3-4 weeks after I ordered. Tried calling to cancel but unable to get through (queue always 15-20 long); waited 45 mins but couldn't wait any longer. Phone arrived after 2 weeks. A week later, phone suddenly shut down during use and wouldn't restart until put on charger. Been ok since but not a good start.

I order a refurb phone over a month ago with the promise it would be dispatched 2-3 working days I waited a week and nothing so I got in touch (I was on hold for 97 minutes...) Any how I was told sorry for the delay it would be with me in 3 days time... A week later nothing this went on for a month. I've had 5 different dispatch dates and delivery dates promised... And nothing every time I've had to get in touch with them to ask where my phone is nothing off them to let me know about the delay.
I've requested a refund which am told will take 2+ days to get sorted by the cancellation department and a further 14 working days to get to my bank. So overall from originally ordering my phone it's been a 10 week nightmare

This is the second time I've had to use this company, on two separate occasions. Their service is second to none. Great online communications. I would highly recommend this company for any technical problems. Hopefully I will not encounter any more mobile problems, but if I did. Quick mobile fix will sort it.

It took much longer than I thought (over 2 weeks) to have my smashed screen been fixed. It was nicer if I could receive update more often, if you have time to wait then it is very good service and very reasonable price.

Worst experience I have ever had in trying to buy something. The product has not arrived and despite promises of returning my money. I have waited since 9th of October. So full two months and no refund. I can't talk to anyone there and only receive emails saying how busy they are. Do not use this company.
Do not use this company - It has been months now that I am due a refund. I email almost everyday to be told I will be refunded in a period of time and of course am never refunded. Unfaithful unfair company. Do not have decency to look back on over 40 emails sent confirming I am due a refund. I am sent automated emails about my delivery date which I do not want. A pleasing refurbished iPhone, a bit like the famous advertisement that says "It does what it says on the tin" They did supply the advertised iPhone, but I felt that the people skills could be improved hence the 4 stars.
Do not under any circumstance deal with this company. They are not to be trusted. If you try to get your money back or cancel an order then they will not give you your money back for ages. They say 14 days return but 3 months later and still no cash returned. Just don't deal with them plain and simple - bunch of thieves ! If i could give them zero or negative stars I would do.
I bought a iPhone 7 which finally arrived yesterday and I have to say it looks great so will see how it goes. The only problem I have with QMF is the lack of information about availability and supply when purchasing a refurbished phone! If you do not have a particular phone or colour in stock you should advise before purchase is made and not just a vague delivery usually within 10 working days hidden away in the T&C s! The lack of such information when choosing a phone gives you the impression that the phone is available at purchase,and as that was not the case it left me without any phone for 24 days and as I have a disability made it extremely difficult for me. Please QMF make this information available to customers as it might well improve your customer service reviews.

Their website states that refurbished phones are dispatched 3-5 working days after payment is made, then delivered the next working day. The email I received with the order confirmation adjusted this by a couple of days, stating: that orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days, but they aim to dispatch quicker. When after 5 days I tried to check the progress of the order, they said that the 5 7 days was just an aim and not a commitment and that it would be dispatched as soon as possible . Finally, they did commit to a dispatch date, however the item was still not dispatched when they had promised. I then instructed them to cancel the order and refund my payment. At this point, they then made some excuses about why the delivery was delayed and tried to assure me that mine was the next one to be dispatched. When it still didn t arrive, they asked for a further 7 working days to resolve it which I said was not acceptable and insisted the order was cancelled and my payment refunded. Finally, they acknowledged the order was cancelled, but said it would take a further 10 14 working days to refund the payment. Needless to say, I am still waiting for a refund. I am now progressing action through my Credit Card provider.
***AVOID*** Order 176033. Very dissapointed in this company - wish I had never heard of them. Order placed 29 June and no phone. After 7 working days was told they would need additional 6 days for quality checks. Asked if I would accept a different colour for faster dispatch, which I agreed. Still nothing turned up. Emailed yet again - this time they said they needed to speak to me and I should call them - but they never pick up the phone! Gave my mobile number and asked them to call me but they didnt. The phone line is constantly engaged which makes me think it's off the hook. Emailed multiple times asking for a delivery date with no success. Then emailed multiple times asking for a refund. Have now opened a case with PayPal to get my money back. If I could give zero stars I would.
AVOID! SCAMMERS! Trying to save others the great of dealing with this company
I ordered an iPhone X on 22 Jan 2020 and after a month of waiting requested a refund instead. Almost 3 weeks later, still no refund and told to expect is at the end of this month - pfft!
Have reported to my bank who are treating as a fraudulent case.
Absolute shambles of a company, bought an item 14 working days ago (3 weeks) and the item is still yet to be dispatched. This item was a birthday present and it has exceeded the birthday by a country mile! I am absolutely disgusted with the whole service, the customer service operatives seemed like my order was a priority when in reality they didn't do anything to speed up the process. I am well and truly gobsmacked that a company can take your money in a instant, yet take 3 weeks to dispatch my product. I have emailed them directly and have been ignored so clearly don't have any decency to tell me that its going to take longer!
