Truly disgraceful. Do not believe their commitment to a 24-48 repair. Sent my Samsung S7 edge in for a screen repair on the 5th September 2017. The first repair took 21 days. After they claimed to have rigorously tested the device, they had in fact botched the repair and it had a red line down the screen. I naturally returned the phone and they still haven't repaired my phone (now the 13th Oct). Despite multiple calls to customer services and assurances it is going to be on its way...it has all proved a lie. Stay well away.
