ID230262 sent my phone two weeks ago for screen repair. Still not repaired. No updates on the tracker. When emailed they told me it will be done Last Friday maximum today. Now they are asking for 48 hours more. I feel they are wrongly implying in their web they will fix it in 24-48 hours. I can understand not all of them can be fixed this quick but 3 weeks and still no phone it's ridiculous.
