Hard to find an e-commerce site worse than this. Site at the edge of the obscene. Virtually nothing assistance with very tight schedules, endless phone waiting and no chat.
I had a problem with the PC I just bought. I promptly contacted the customer service (just 4 days after receiving the goods) which suggested that I open the fault assistance procedure directly from the site. I receive a second reply strangely 10 days later, then the 14 days have elapsed to exercise the right of withdrawal, advising me to contact the producer directly. CLOWNS.

The Monclick.it seller is informed that the sale of the goods does not comply with the standards assured regarding delivery.

CONTINUATION:
after phone calls and reviews on 22/5 they collect it; couriers in a way that I don't tell you, without masks and who ask what the freezer is wrong with; lucky because they found my wife and not me.

Update 21/12: yesterday 20/12 contacted me Amati jr for delivery today between 14 and 17. Call me the courier at 14.30, and at 15 is from me, unload the asciu, unpack and put it in position . All intact, even the packaging, which they tell me to keep for 1 week. The dryer lights up, at the moment I leave it at room temperature, then I try it, but I would say that there will be no problems.
In the end in 10 days it was delivered to me.
Too bad for the absence of assistance, because the price is really the lowest in the market!
