AVOID ABSOLUTELY. ordered a fridge on 19 July (order YA16921336). arrived after 2 weeks the fridge was dented. fortunately I had accepted with reserve. I opened the anomaly on 27 July and to date (AFTER 2 MONTHS from the order) I still have to receive a refund. all this having specified that at home I remained without a fridge.
the assistance is non-existent, nobody calls you, they do not answer the phone number and do not respond to any mail. the only way is via facebook where they constantly take time. I asked to be called several times. they rely on external companies for deliveries and the goods come from other companies (such as euronics or unieuro, I know because they contacted me for feedback).
in 2019 is it really necessary for the lawyer to get the money back?

I have been ordering online for about 20 years, something like this has never happened, not even on the internet. don't be fooled, bet on amazon.
