Notice to teachers who want to spend their school bonus here.
Only after I had converted the school bonus into a monclik bonus, did they inform me that what I had ordered could not be purchased with the school bonus and they did not want to run the risk of not being reimbursed, but they did not return the state bonus to me.
No problem, I then ordered a complete Pdf software, but if the update must be, I don't want the old one, I want Pdf 10 2017 (with logically innovative functions compared to Pdf 9).
They reply that they will let me know because the Pdf 10 software was not managed in the catalog of 2 months ago, but the PSF 9 (also not available), 2 months have passed, they still have my school bonus (which I think they cannot cash out, missing my proof of purchase as expected) but nobody showed up.
As a private buyer I have never had problems, as instead described above always private but particular are missing at best in the organization hypothesis.
