I bought a stamp on 27/11 and today, 10/12, has not arrived yet.
I contacted the courier, thinking it was their fault, but they told me that they had no withdrawal from the store.
I tried to contact the store at the phone number and it is always busy, the emails do not respond.
I will never buy from Monclick again
