Very bad experience ... after a week of waiting, I am told that they cannot send me the tablet because they no longer have parts in stock. At least I hope to be reimbursed !!

I'm still waiting for a refund. Do I have to go through the legal process?

Contrary to what is reported below, I was not contacted by anyone in the assistance. One thing is certain: the tablet is no longer available, but my money would you give it back to me or not?

I have been trying to contact you for three days and nobody answers to your number. Of course, not even a shadow of repayment. I will make myself valid in the appropriate sessions.
