I purchased a 70 inch TV which arrived after 2 bea...

I purchased a 70 inch TV which arrived after 2 beautiful days. Too bad it was broken. from here begins the ordeal with customer service, 3 days
to be able to take the line and 20 days for a refund, there is no such item to ship in bulk
