I'm a disaster!! A TV ordered and paid in advance ...

I'm a disaster!! A TV ordered and paid in advance on July 27 (today 2 August) has not come yet and do not know where it is! You can not talk to the courier and customer service download Monclick responsibility!
No answer on all fronts - but the TV has already been paid!
