I order a fridge, which is delivered to me on Saturday afternoon, on Sunday morning I turn it on and it doesn't work, I try to call the after-sales service which is obviously closed, on Monday morning so just over 36 hours later, I open the fault and recall signal. The moral of the story is a family of 5 who have been for 6 days and I say (6 DAYS) without a fridge in July. I find this lack of respect for the customer absurd and shameful. But the thing that I find most absurd is to buy an appliance like a fridge, get it broken and not be able to receive another in a short time.
They NEVER bought even a rag from their site even if they gave it to me.
