Hard to find an e-commerce site worse than this. Site at the edge of the obscene. Virtually nothing assistance with very tight schedules, endless phone waiting and no chat.
I had a problem with the PC I just bought. I promptly contacted the customer service (just 4 days after receiving the goods) which suggested that I open the fault assistance procedure directly from the site. I receive a second reply strangely 10 days later, then the 14 days have elapsed to exercise the right of withdrawal, advising me to contact the producer directly. CLOWNS.

EDIT: the order number is YA16844489, but I do not understand what it can do, now what you wanted you got it.
In another review site, write that you have contacted me "to help me solve the problem", but to date (04/28) not even an email.
In the name of transparency, my review released on 03/22 directly on your site is still "on hold". Then it is normal that "98% of customers recommend Monclick to a friend". You are really great.
But you won't go far.

EDIT 2: Did you contact me by phone and by mail ?! But with what courage do you affirm it? Your only e-mail received is the one I have already talked about, in which you advise me to contact the producer. Of course, no calls from you. Make people laugh.
