Notice to teachers: once the school bonus has been converted, you cannot get it back in case of problems with the order. We come to the problem: for a relative I had to look for a notebook to buy with the aforementioned voucher; on April 22nd I find an attractive offer -50% on a notebook not immediately available but still "bookable"; well after 30 days I send mail to inform me about the arrival of the notebook, they reply that they would let me know; after another 3 days without receiving a response, I notice that the order has been canceled. I ask him why they canceled and sent no other notebook of equal value and if the voucher could be revoked: their response was that they preferred the cancellation (sic.) And that the voucher cannot be revoked-refunded. Now I have to wait for another valid offer, if there ever will be.
