On 12/11/2018 10.02 am I receive the email from the automatic system in which the order YA16750191 was entered into the system on 13/11/2018 the sum of 355.88 was withdrawn from my paypal account. On 11/14/2018 an email from the automatic monclick system warned me that the item was finished and that I could buy another one or proceed with the refund. I called the customer call center and after pointing out to them that it is not correct to sell an item that then you are unable to deliver the courteous Mrs. Elena after having even resented she attacked the phone in my face. Shipping speed and product quality are not in question at all. All perfect in a very short time for the type of product I purchased, an hp notebook. Prices are not the lowest on the web, but they are still competitive and I chose to spend a little more for the speed of order fulfillment. renew my review: customer service is definitely non-existent, after calling 100 times a day I never received an answer, I ordered a Miele dryer then I checked the reviews of this seller and I got really scared !!
however, my dryer in 10 days was delivered !!!
After reading the reviews I wanted to cancel the order because I thought it was a real scam, so I sent two PECs where I wrote that if I had not had any answer I would have proceeded legal, more stressed to PayPal that the seller after 4 days from the order had not yet made a living and I wanted to decline the order.
From that moment the customer service called me to tell me that everything was ok, that in 4 days would arrive, in fact on December 24 (Christmas Eve) the dryer arrived and I managed to make the gift to my mother !!
The courier was speaking for the agreed and gentle time in making sure the dryer was not damaged.
So I can not speak badly of my experience, but I can advise you to make you feel immediately by email PEC (as if it were a registered letter) more advice to always pay with PayPal because it is the safest way to get your money back in case you do not receive the Your order!!

Bad site. I purchased a faulty scrubber and when I asked to take advantage of the legal guarantee they did not respond to the certified mail!
I contacted them from the site and they replied that they had not received the email and that the terms for the right of withdrawal had expired!
I replied that they had received the e-mail because I had received a delivery notification and that "if they bothered to read it" they would see that I was asking for a replacement for the legal guarantee and not the withdrawal ".

Very bad experience with Monclick, I order an iPhone XS max with delivery by appointment .. so my order remains in storage with the company in charge.
Once I delivered the packaged package, I noticed at home afterwards that there was nothing inside it.
I complain with the call center service.
They ask me for a series of photos and documentation as a complaint photo of the package, supplied all by me, but for a forgetfulness I do not attach the photo of the packaging. Therefore the competent office does not give the ok for the reimbursement as according to them "I have not signed with reservation" but I subsequently contact the call center saying that the packaging was there and that I have the proof photographed at the time of the signature of the delivery (but not enough for them because it was sent too late, the fact remains that if they had been correct professionals, they would have asked me first if the package was packed and then they should have issued a sentence but it does nothing ... I bought a Haier washing machine, everything was fine, the delivery guy was quick, accurate and kind too.
I must say that reading the reviews I was very scared also because the order of 03/01 promised 3 working days and instead delivery on 13/01 ... fortunately no further problems.
Four stars because:
1) Delivery times are much longer than expected it would suffice to say clearly that it takes at least 10 days and one does not fidget unnecessarily.
2) the deliveryman claimed that he had not received communication of the assembly included, I do not know if he just wanted to cut it short or really they hadn't notified him. However, he installed the washing machine for me, solving even a small problem with the filter and removed the old one so everything was ok.
Tips:
1) use PayPal for payment to be better protected.
2) specify to the courier at the time of agreeing the delivery that you have paid for the installation unequivocally.
3) do not expect delivery within the indicated times but at least 10 days if not more.

externally perfect but unfortunately when I opened the door inside it was broken, literally split the door on the inside. and here the troubles begin, withdrawn by the courier on 1/3/2020. after 10 days no response, I contact them and they tell me that the fridge has not yet returned to its premises, as soon as it returns they will return me. on 20 January I contacted them again and the same story, so I contacted the courier and confirmed that the fridge was regularly delivered to monclick on 9 January. I contact them and they tell me it doesn't appear to them. at that point I call PAYPAL and I start an official complaint towards monclick ... moral yesterday 05/02/2020 PAYPAL reimburses me and informs me that she will deal with monclick ..... STAY AWAY FROM MONCLICK, UNACCEPTABLE THAT STILL CAN SELL

Although the payment by credit card was successful, and that they confirmed that the product would be shipped the same day, this did not happen. After two days I called them to find out what was going on, and they replied that a 'credit card verification' was in progress. I asked them to call me back today to let me know how their 'verification' was going, and I am not been called back. I then tried to contact them to solicit any hitch they had, discovering that their customer service was in operation from 10 to 13 only. After 3 days, I called them back (they never did), to communicate to them that I felt uncomfortable with their way of managing the purchase I made and paid for, and they replied that card checks were in progress of credit ..... When I informed them that I was going to cancel the purchase, after a while I received confirmation. But at that point I asked to take charge of a quick shipment, to recover some of the time they lost, and they replied that they would not. Basically, I found their approach disappointing both in terms of efficiency, communication and professionalism.

Wide choice, prices in the norm
Their strong point is the full respect of the distance selling regulations with maximum efficiency.
The downsides are that they use couriers NOT randomly expressed and, if you complain, they answer you as if you were a brain damaged.
Who knows why with other big sellers used couriers are 100% efficient, mah.
Before canceling an order you have to explain it AT LEAST 3 TIMES, then when they finally understand that you can understand and want to please you.
Assistance and customer protection absent on shipments. Once the product has been shipped, it no longer concerns them until receipt
I have bought it for years, but like all businesses that make too much money, they end up inexorably banging on the customer, so much more you get 2 more, and then Savoy.

For the confirmation of the shipment I had asked for a message or an email because in the morning I work confirmed that they would send me a message .... They called me .... luckily I was on a lunch break otherwise I would have been on the phone again 20 times like the previous time .... Unfortunately people work and if I tell you the day before that you don't find me or you don't understand what I'm telling you or you're calibrated .... I repeat I called 20 times before being able to talk to the courier and in the end he didn't understand anything without counting the times they hung me up

I place an order, I cancel it for my error on the address, I make another one and they cancel it for lack of credit (because they had blocked me with pre-authorization on the first order), but they write it to me the next day and ESPECIALLY they block me the figure x2 for 15 days now. the bank informs me that the release will take place within 5 days .... in the meantime I use mybank and I can get the good to buy.
I solicit a reply, three times: zeroooo mail zero phone calls, zero money.

don't complain if everyone uses amazon.

never again, I don't recommend moonclick, strictly.

I have been buying on the Internet for over 15 years both in Italy and abroad. I have often also bought bulky products (gas cookers) on Monclick and have never had problems, goods received always on time, never defective, often even at a great price. Personally I definitely promote it, there's a lot worse around.
