Bad service, communication with the non-existent buyer.
After several attempts between phone calls, email, fax ... I can talk to an operator who tells me that he will personally take care of my order and that he will call me back in the day to let me know something.
I also proposed the pick-up in person at the courier but nothing is not even known where the package is.
I will never buy from them again from Sky who rely on them.
