Update 21/12: yesterday 20/12 contacted me Amati jr for delivery today between 14 and 17. Call me the courier at 14.30, and at 15 is from me, unload the asciu, unpack and put it in position . All intact, even the packaging, which they tell me to keep for 1 week. The dryer lights up, at the moment I leave it at room temperature, then I try it, but I would say that there will be no problems.
In the end in 10 days it was delivered to me.
Too bad for the absence of assistance, because the price is really the lowest in the market!

I renew my 4-star review, due to the stress of the lack of assistance.

Ordered 12/12 a Miele dryer, order YA16793446, arrived at the local hub on 15/12, and since then no news, the courier Amati jr is irrepreible, after 15 min of waiting on the phone they drop the line systematically.
monclick does not answer either on the phone or on the e-mail, non-existent assistance from both parties.
I understand the "hot" period, but I do not understand the complete lack of assistance.

Can you cancel the order? It is better to spend more, however, to really receive the object.
