I ordered 2 products, after about a week a refund of one of the 2 arrived, 10% discount on the total that was lost. The reason for the refund was (of course without notice) that the product was not present and the availability was not real. The fact is that on the site the product is always available but at a higher price than the one I purchased. I sent an email to the assistance and I have not received a reply, after several phone calls I managed to get in touch with an operator who was unable to tell me anything, if not "it went like this", I also asked since it was again available to restore the order again given the availability, but seems to be "impossible". I rarely write complaints, maybe it's the first time, but the service was bad and assistance was non-existent. I do not recommend anyone to buy with this serious company. Order YA16982780
