I bought the TV and several computer components. In total a dozen orders all went well and delivered on time. Once I even made a return and they were kind and professional - despite what you'd expect from a company that doesn't have stores open to the public -.

The only flaw that has nothing to do with the vote is the flaw they have of not removing ads for items they may have already sold. However, if they can't send the goods to you, they will immediately notify you so everything is ok.
