Ordered a Samsung A30S, also arrived quickly and without problems of delivery. The problem is instead the phone, which does not work properly. Contacted Samsung's assistance immediately, the same day, they did several remote tests and they told me that everything is correctly configured, so it is a problem of a defective device. Contacted Monclik immediately, impossible to communicate. Telephone number always disconnected. After opening a fault report, it has still not been managed after 3 days. Really indecent after sales service. Now what do I do? do I settle for a broken phone? do I open a dispute with Paypal to get my money back since nobody takes into consideration my request? absolutely unacceptable not to have a functioning customer care!
