Purchased a dishwasher in mid-December, it was never delivered to me, nor did I bother to inform me that the item was not available. Only after several emails to which no one answered, I was able to find out from the call center that the dishwasher would not arrive. I sent the bank details for the refund, but a month later I still have not got my money back. Order YA16794706 of 12/13/2018.
