Another star if not zero, because in addition to not having solved the problem, I also felt fooled.
Summary: I order a freezer on 19/4 comes with a shot, we report immediately, we are offered 20 to keep it but we prefer to replace it with a new one. For a month, hay balls that roll, we are abandoned, we need the freezer, we ask for another one in the meantime, but nothing, they reply that the damaged one must first start again, which in the meantime is stopping them in our house;
CONTINUATION:
after phone calls and reviews on 22/5 they collect it; couriers in a way that I don't tell you, without masks and who ask what the freezer is wrong with; lucky because they found my wife and not me.
The next day I call immediately to request the sending of the other one, I am told a week; today (40 dry days from the order and as always I call otherwise nothing is known) I discover that the freezer cannot be had because it is no longer available and then only a refund can be made.
And here how not to get pissed?
Meanwhile, if you can not replace it, you tell me right away and I organize myself, maybe I accept those 20 if I know you don't have any more. Too bad that at the time of reporting the item was still on sale and there was also some time left to follow, but put it away if you know you have to replace it.
And then I want to get to the bottom now I want the replacement not the refund, I was told that the salesperson will then have to let us know an alternative proposal.
And here we go back to the hay balls, to the point that nothing is known ... well ...
