Working for an ecommerce I am sure that customer care is the most important thing. For this reason I believe that not answering emails or phone calls is frankly intolerable, even when the number of orders to be managed, post black-friday, must be really important. Before I throw in the towel, and open a dispute with PayPal, I hope someone hears me. In the meantime, two stars I think are right, hoping to be able to change my mind in the next few days. (Order number YA19130982)

I would like to know if the order is confirmed (I fear an overbooking related to the high number of requests) and a certain date for the shipment.

UPDATE: I update the review after a few weeks. I received the package on December 11th 10 days after finalizing the order. I have also been sent a discount coupon for delayed shipping. I confirm what was said previously: if communication had been better taken care of, I probably would not have had difficulty waiting a few more days. I hope it is useful feedback for future commercial initiatives. Good luck.
