I bought a product on offer, namely 49-inch LG nanocell TV. After 5 days, having no news, I called to find out, they answered almost immediately and I found out that they were out of stock even if they still had several pieces available online. I was immediately offered a refund which arrived in 24 hours. 3 stars for the problem of availability that seems to be common to many on discounted products. But I would give 5 stars for the efficiency to resolve, but they decrease because I would have expected to be contacted to inform me of the non-availability. Fortunately I found it elsewhere at the same price on offer the following week. I suggest in my opinion, to include the real availability
