After an initial impossibility of contacting the assistance service, partly motivated by the Covid emergency, we were contacted, a new order was placed and a voucher equal to the price difference between the original and the replacement order was provided.
Therefore increase the rating to three stars.

For the moment bad service.
Order YA19276380 of 04/21/2020 of the BEKO WTY91434CI washing machine received on 04/29/2020.
Only problem, it is not the correct code, receipt BEKO UW7T1432CI washing machine.
I opened the report the same day (92013) specifying the error, the return authorization arrived on 04/05/2020.
We come to 07/05/2020, the courier withdraws the washing machine thinking that it is faulty or otherwise not working, but I understand that there may have been some communication problem between monclick and courier.
We come to today, 12/05/2020, I paid for a washing machine that I don't have, I tried to call the call center but it is impossible to take the line, sent messages via the form on the site but I never received a reply.
Conclusion: surely errors can happen but monclick's after sales assistance is non-existent, I hope that in the next few days they will have at least the decency to contact me to tell me if they can send me the correct product or have a refund.
