I was scared by the reviews but I still ordered a fridge and I have to say everything was just fine. It arrived in a couple of weeks but, on my first reminder, they answered right away. The courier checked that everything was ok he was kind and helpful so in my experience I recommend it.
From what I've noticed here on google respond to all above all those customers who issue a negative comment! What I would like to understand why you do not respond to e-mails and especially to the switchboard! It is clear that the switchboard is not busy because the operators are busy but because you simply disconnect it on purpose! If you really are so overwhelmed by work because of Christmas holidays even more so you must have a better service! It is not for me to tell you how to run a business but I can express my opinion on it, as a customer who has paid and waiting for his package thinking it desaparicidos and from what I see not only the only one. Take a couple of part time school students to answer the phone, do something because I can take on several problems that can only be resolved by voice! I bought a new washing machine and instead a damaged washing machine arrived. I have opened a damage report and to this day I still don't know if and when I will have the goods. Only answers like "must wait" absolutely shameful !! They do not send a new washing machine until they see the damage on the returned item, despite asking for detailed photos of the damaged item. From January 21st without the washing machine, the one I supposedly saved on the purchase price I spent well for washing clothes in a launderette !!! Tuesday 7 February and still no washing machine .....
