bad. ordered on September 27th. not receiving any mail, I found out that it was stuck on October 2nd. I called the customer service and a girl had me that I had requested the reverse charge (I had not even realized it sincerely, so I assume that usability was not really perfertta about it) and then was stuck waiting for documents. but I had not received any emails about it, it was written in the order confirmation. so I did not know that I had to do something until October 2 (and the order was urgent for me). the customer service on October 2 told me that I could pay the VAT and that I would send an email as soon as possible about it: I did not receive anything (if the operator has forgotten ... it can happen). the 3 I called the customer service and this time the operator sent me the email with instructions for payment, which was written among other things that to pay by credit card I had to call the customer service (but not he could tell me right away when he had me on the phone, since I told him I would pay with paper) ... and I was in a hurry.

Excellent Black Friday prices, excellent proposals and variety of products. Too bad for the hitch with shipments (we purchased a PS4 VR and a game): the products were shipped separately, so much so that the game arrived the next day and the VR after a full week. Customer Service Kind, but difficult to contact. Little information about the order status before shipping, poorly packed or absent-packed products (not very reassuring, when it comes to delicate products).
However, what I ordered was delivered, functioning and at competitive prices. Overall, a good service,

Dryer and assembly kit ordered on December 14th.
The kit arrives on December 20th.
On the 24th they tell me that the dryer is no longer available .
It can stay, it can happen. They say they refund me.

Still NOTHING (almost 500 euros).
I want to return the kit, which I no longer need.
Returning it costs me 10 euros . I have to keep it, it would cost me more to buy it (moreover I was forced to buy it to assemble according to their conditions).

Moral of the story:
- no refund after about a month
- a kit sent before the communication that the dryer that would no longer be available. I keep it.
- bad and not at all kind telephone assistance: around 2 hours of waiting

confirmed on December 4th .. Shipped from the central warehouse to the local HUB on December 8th ... and then .. nothing ... before it was scheduled for delivery on the 9th ... now it's not even there anymore scheduling on delivery ... The courier AMATI SRL does not reply to email or phone. emails sent to monclick completely ignored ... - I ordered a microwave.
- They sent me a printer, instead of the microwave.
- Contact them by e-mail: ignore me.
- Telephone MORE 'OF 60 TIMES (yes), and I can finally talk to someone.
- they quickly resumed printer. But not send my micoonde.
- Mando other emails: still ignore.
- Pass another morning on the phone at which point I propose a refund. BUT BEWARE: the microwave I meant buying CE THEY STILL IN STOCK. It's available! Except that in the meantime have raised the selling price, and obviously they do not want to "waste" a "only" piece to honor the agreed transaction!
- After huge insistence, and waiting even longer than a week, finally send me the microwave.

The after sales customer service is AWFUL, there are customer services that manage millions of orders (Amazon, Zalando, Yoox etc etc) that there is always someone who HELPS YOU ..... As for my speech, in 43 days they have not been able to: send an invoice to a pec, or insert the same invoice in the fiscal drawer (which is by law). Do not try to call or write they will NEVER answer. My advice switch to strong manors:
1) publish a 1-star review (the more people do it, the more its strength falls online ... trust me they are of the trade; companies buy reviews to be able to join certain sales channels ..... this is often not known not even those who have an "online shop"
2) you can safely REPORT; (lawyers cost, but the Carabinieri or even better the Guardia di Finanza are FREE, the latter then enjoy reporting online sites to the postal police that are not in order.

I can not help but recognize myself in other reviews in which are described inefficiency and ease in telling lies only to get out of their responsibilities. Anyway, my story is this: when I bought a fridge, I was first shown the wrong company in charge of transport, and then, when it was delivered, I found the surprise when it was opened. A dent on the freezer door. Note that the cardboard was absolutely intact and the fridge was protected by polystyrene. Procedure: opening the file and sending photographic documentation. I had to call after a few days to get news. The poor girl on duty told me that the request had been rejected because the packaging was not intact. I think a star is too much. Ordered a product on Monday, delivery scheduled for Tuesday / Wednesday. Wednesday arrives and obviously the order is still to be processed. I call the customer service (they answer, so to speak, 3 hours a day) and the phone does not ring (perhaps the line was off seeing how many will be in my same situation). I decide to write to their Facebook page and I am told that my order number does not exist. I publish the email screen with their order number and I am told that unfortunately they are overworked and that they would have processed my order. I purchased the roomba 616 from Monclick on the ebay portal with a very competitive price (189.00 euros). I made an urgent bank transfer on 01 April 2020. After a few days not receiving any feedback I tried to send an email, but there is no email to write to, you must fill in the appropriate format directly on the Monclick website which however does not release any ticket of the request, as well as no "take charge" email. After a few days I then phoned the assistance number where an automatic entry allows you to check the status of the order by entering the relevant order number. In my case, the order did not exist and I was invited to contact an operator during service hours. For some days I have been trying to contact customer service (most recently this morning - 12 times!), But the line is constantly busy.

Obviously the slowdowns are understandable due to the emergency in progress, but all of us are working in smart working these days and after 6 days from payment I believe that this behavior will damage the relationship of trust

Before placing your order, I recommend calling Monclick, in this way you can check for yourself if the supplier actually has the facility to be able to process your order or if it is efficient only in receiving payment.
While confident of receiving the product (... I don't know when and in what conditions) obviously my opinion on the management of the relationship with the customer is very bad.

We come to the actual delivery; the cardboard was intact and showed no signs of bruising, unfortunately when I opened the cardboard, I noticed that the polystyrene was damaged and the oven door frame was also disconnected (the most delicate part of the product). I read the instructions for the various complaints and, as I well knew, not having made the necessary reports on the bubble, I could not make any complaints. I would like to point out that electronics products, by their very nature more delicate, must be delivered by checking the entire logistics chain, from storage to the recipient. It was the first order and I must say that as ... "welcome", I expected better.

Ordered a top load washing machine in early May. Arrived early June. As the days go by, the washing machine is imploding: first the touch panel came off, then it started leaking. I called Candy assistance and they ask me 90 for the touch and 150 for the loss (it does not go under warranty as monclick declares it is not due to the model, but to my damage). I had bought several products (all with a few hitches, but arrived), but this time it will be the last.
Order number YA19333081. It is not possible to predict upon delivery that after a few weeks the washing machine will start to wreak havoc. No problem, I just hope it helps many people who read to choose other sellers who are more attentive to their customers.
