Ordered a fridge and arrived visibly damaged on one side about 10 days after placing the order. I try to point out that I no longer want any fridge and request the return of the money, unfortunately impossible either by email, or on their website, or by telephone. I send a registered letter but nothing, as if they didn't exist. After a while I get a second fridge (with packaging already tampered with by someone) but now I had already bought another one. I stayed at home with two fritti. DISASTER - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - They only respond to reviews !!! We hope that at least the product does not give problems.
