After 20 days from making and paying for the order...

After 20 days from making and paying for the order, after countless and unsuccessful calls to customer service (where I have been promised several times to send the goods within the same day), emails and requests on all types of channels, today I am cancellation is communicated. I don't even want to think about how long it will take for the refund. Bad experience, highly discouraged.
