Unfortunately I'm having a really bad experience with Monclick.it.
Claims are made regarding the delivery for the purchase in a portable air conditioner that is not yet carried out (EVEN THROUGH THE GOODS ON 8 AUGUST 2017), although delivery is ensured within 48 working hours from delivery to the courier.
The Monclick.it seller is informed that the sale of the goods does not comply with the standards assured regarding delivery.
I'm really disappointed with your service. I also left the mobile number with customer service to be called back but without ever being contacted again.
Today I was contacted instead by the courier for the delivery of the goods, which he proposes for Thursday, August 17, 2017 after about ten days from the purchase of the good (which was reported as immediate availability) and estimated delivery within 2 days. The courier operator stated that since they are not based in L'Aquila, they can only deliver Thursdays, after 6 working days from the presumed delivery date.
