On 24/11 on the occasion of Black Friday I purchased an HP 15-bs053nl notebook on Monclick at a price of 457.01 - including the free Office 365 Personal package - by paying with Paypal. I received an order confirmation e-mail from Monclick and Paypal, and subsequently verified in the personal area that it was regularly accepted and available (there were also another 26 at the same price). The next day I make a new access to my profile to know the delivery date, and I am surprised that the product was indicated as unavailable. Then I send an email to customer service to ask them directly for the delivery forecast, but without feedback. I also send one the following day, but with the same result. I then try the path of telephone contact and after countless attempts (service available only from 10 to 13) I speak with an employee who says her name is Diana and confirms the difficulties of the moment, but who would have sensitized the commercial department in this regard. Despite this, on the following days nothing has changed. I decide to deepen my research, finding multiple reports of cases similar to mine and I smell stinking. 14 days have passed. AND I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS I REGULARLY PURCHASED AND PAID FOR IMMEDIATELY
