After a good 15 days, after immediately reporting the problem to Monclick srl, unfortunately to date I have not received the replacement item despite the undersigned has complied with their every request as "photos, declarations etc ... I will never buy again "on the Monclick website and I soon got involved in a legal action. I bought a fridge, at a very good price.
However, delivery times were disappointing (14 days), the fridge arrived and was assembled (Saturday at 7pm) and disassembled immediately because it was defective.
The installer took away my old fridge (working, but we didn't want him to spend Saturday night at our house reassembling it) and 4 days later I was still not told if a new one would be shipped or not.
In the end we opted for a full refund (thank you) and order cancellation.

My impression is that if you have time to wait (and to lose with calls to a customer service that does not always know or can assist), and want to save, MonClick can help you. Otherwise, I recommend vendors with slightly higher prices but better services.

Two stars rather than just one for the kindness of the poor employee, after we talked like 5 times on the phone, I consider her a friend now.

It is not so much in the post black friday processing times I am complaining about (also because Monclick has issued a 10 euro voucher), I am rather complaining about the difficulty of making telephone contact with Monclick which reserves too short a time in which being able to contact them, especially because unlike similar online realities in the electronic field, you can NEVER get on the line.
To exacerbate the situation in an insurmountable way, it is the agreement signed with those rats of Amati JR for the delivery of the goods.
I have an order entrusted to AMATI on December 4th.
To date, December 12, nothing is known yet about the shipment, they don't answer the phone, not even the emails.
I find that it is really low-key people to rely on unprofessional subjects who, however, manage the connection between online and reality, and therefore actually manage the final experience, which is what matters, towards the user.

they never answer the phone, the mail. I had to send a PEC and call them at least three times a day, they never answer, and when you're lucky they pick up the phone they dismiss you and tell you: we'll let you know.
moral of the story I had to contact a lawyer and now we will see how it ends.
P.S. I bought a TV worth 619, the package was intrego but as soon as it was mounted and turned on, it was noticed the broken display, factory and not of shock.

I followed the same procedure (2/12/19) the same day, sent the email with the photos, followed by other repeated emails without having received any feedback to date.
Attempts to call the customer service over the phone have failed because the number is constantly busy.
Obviously I have not received any refunds.
