Bad, non-existent assistance, tried several times to contact them by mail, no answer, the phone never respond. Contacted via PayPal, no reply. I'm waiting for the refund and ask me to print and apply a return note to the package and book the collection of the goods. Small detail: I never received the goods. Goods ordered 5.12 and the courier contacted me on 17.12 for delivery (therefore over 10 days declared for delivery on their site). On 14.12 I had already requested reimbursement, therefore also disorganized. 10 days for goods that say they have immediate availability, from Milan to Verona seem to me absurd. Others deliver within 24/48 hours. You have to review everything: delivery time, customer support, courier to whom you entrust the goods, organization ... To get the refund I had to open a complaint on paypal. We'll see how it ends. I will eventually move to legal routes.

Regarding the status of return declared false also. I did not reject the neck. That is something that wanted to write the courier because he did not know how to handle the situation (personally told me on the phone and I'm ready for a direct comparison with the courier). How can I pick up a package if I do not live in that address anymore? (What you reported several times through my communications that you never answered). The order had already been canceled and the courier would not even have to contact me if you had some organization. I inform you that I do not accept any charges for transport costs or I will send to my legal counsel.
