I've sent my Motorola One due a crack screen, I called them many times and they didn't reply to the phone many times. On the web site they say "repaired in max 48hr", they sent me back it after a month. When i received my phone the next day there was a small crack under the screen, when i told them about it, they offered to repair it but after they ask me to pay for something that not was a my fault. I paid for a broke phone.
Really disappointed
