Horrifying service. If you're after a phone only- give it a go. I ve purchased a refurbished iPhone 7 with a complete bundle and the phone itself works, but that's about it. It comes with a years warranty which is a plus. However, the headphones are faulty. Paid extra just to carry out two month's worth of returning to no avail. Took three tries (and counting) and they send back the same busted set each time.

Also need to improve on the customer helpline as calling them you expect to be on hold for around 30 mins before hearing a human. E-mail expect three days replies.
