Do not use this company! They are scam artists. Ordered a phone back in November and later decided I didn't want it, emailed them and they emailed me back straight away saying that ny refund would be processed and back into my account within 14 days. Well, 4 months and many emails later I still haven't recieved my money. Although the useless muppets sending me emails have given me around 3 seperate dates on when it should have been processed, these have turnt out to be false. I suspect they are hoping that I will just forget and they can keep my money, well that's not going to happen. These are using illegal standards and the customer service is dreadful. They don't even deserve 1 star, hopefully this company eill go bust in the near future as this is what they deserve. All of their 5 stat reviews are fake accounts, no one could possibly be satisfied with these criminals.
