Incredibly bad service and company

Purchased a "pristine" model which took ages to arrive (much longer than quoted lead time). I experienced issues with the screen right away and sent it for repair, they didn't even replace the screen despite my exact description of the issue and a request to replace. Of course, customer services didn't care. I was rejected a refund despite 3 months of messing around. Wasted 2 months worth of payments on my phone contract without compensation.

they have now offered to replace my device but won't tell me what with. i imagine it will probably be august by the time i get the replacement. First order was in march.

I hope anyone considering buying from this website will see this review as i urge you to go elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

Avoid using this company, its a surprise to me trading standards haven't shut them yet.
