Do not use at all! They've had my sons phone for repair for over a week when the website advertises a 48 hour fix. I contacted them 4 days in, only to be told no-one had even looked at it and it'll be another 1-2 weeks. I asked for a refund and the device back but they're not even doing that now. If you read the reviews online you'll see there are 1000's of unhappy customers, some who haven't seen their phone in 3 months! I've found a Facebook group with 742 members complaining, this company is a complete scam! The BBC are currently researching them for RipOff Britain! Avoid at all costs!
