This is by far the worst phone company I have ever...

This is by far the worst phone company I have ever used and I'm surprised it is still in business!! I ordered a phone over a week ago and despite the business being called "quick mobile fix" there was nothing quick at all about this service. I then requested to cancel my order and was told the cancellation team would contact me within 24 hours funnily enough no one made effort to contact me. I contacted them again the following morning and was told they had received my cancellation request and the guy would be in touch within 24 hours ....8 hours later I receive an email to say the goods have been despatched!!!! I have tried calling and emailing and have had no return. I shall be taking this useless phone company to a small claims court to ensure I receive my money back!!! Stay clear!!!!
