I placed an order for an iPhone 6s 8th August for my daughter s birthday which is on 15th August. It doesn t say on the website that it will take 10 working days to arrive! We are currently in Spain on holiday and I ve had to put up with my daughter crying her eyes out and me sending numbers emails to them to be told wait 10 working days before I contact them! This is unacceptable and has completely ruined what should have been a nice holiday visiting my best fryqns goddaughter!
I ve spent literally hours on the phone trying to get through to them once the phone lines open at 9am.
Angry is understatement as I m getting the same emails back wait 10 working days

Another update!! No telephone calls as promised, just an offer of a different colour phone.
Daughter s birthday is today. What a great start to it. NO BIRTHDAY PRESENT
Emailed the person in question who was meant to be dealing with it. Same automated reply.
It does NOT state anywhere on this site that a phone takes 10 workings days, NOT next working day despatch.

FUMING AND CONTACTED BANK SO I VE GOT A EMAIL READY TO FILL OUT IF THE PHONE DOESN T COME IN TIME SCALE. I am covered by my bank and I paid by Visa Debit card. Anyone else that bought this way would be covered too.

Working in a Solicitors gives me knowledge with what I m entitled too. They ve picked the wrong customer to mess about with

YET ANOTHER UPDATE!!
Received an email stating that I wasn t told a phone would be shipped out either Thursday (today) or tomorrow. Representative seemed fine when he initially called AFTER I wrote review on here but now am being told AGAIN to wait the 10 working days!
I certainly wouldn t recommend this company at all. Complete lack of communication and the only way that seems to get any response is to write a review on here.
AGAIN I M FUMING and will get a refund via MY bank and not Quick Fix if the phone is not despatched by tomorrow!
