Ordered the phone at the start of September its now the 6th October with no phone in sight. I have been in communication with Iveta who assured me that the phone would be dispatched within 3-5 working days (twice) the phone has still not arrived. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of service. Most people have paid on time with the expectation of receiving their phone on time. The company have no contact number, I would suggest driving down and speaking to someone in person because at this point email correspondents are not enough to show the seriousness. Customers are providing this company with hundreds of pounds to not have a contact number of someone you can speak to but to also not receive the item. I would strongly suggest you purchase via a credit card to ensure your money is protected also be and prepared to wait for months before receiving your phone/product. I'm shocked that companies like this still exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY and STAY AWAY
