Absolutely appalling service, 5 weeks after payment, still no phone, despite assurances that it will be despatched. Like others have noted, getting through on the phone is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS BUNCH . ID 229182. 18.06.19 So an update on the situation. 7 days has passed since providing them with the order ID, (which they already had by other emails chasing them) and still not a thing back from them. The last email from them was dated 04.06.19 saying that "I've passed your decision to our cancellations team and your refund will be processed shortly" - 04.07.19 - Still waiting for refund, have had the delaying tactics like "our accounts have had a problem - it'll be with you on the 04.07.19" - still waiting. Update: Well finally on the 8th July 2019, after placing my order on the 23rd April 2019, (76 DAYS) I have received the refund from credit card payment. It was a most painful experience, and something that I don;t want to repeat again. I urge anyone considering using this company to think again and use someone else. I suspect some of the positive feedback on here is from employees or their family.
