Ordered an iPhone X almost three weeks ago. I've been emailing the company asking where my phone is, they don't respond for days on end (they don't have a phone line you can call) and when they do, they say it's delayed but can't tell me when it will arrive. I ask to cancel my order, email again goes ignored. I use the 'live chat' on their website which half the time is unavailable, and am told that my refund has been confirmed. Yet I've had no proof of this refund, which apparently will take another 3 weeks anyway. Absolutely USELESS company, one of the worst I've ever come across.
