I never bother writing reviews but this company had my Ipad mini for 3 weeks when apparently they repair all devices within 48hrs, I eventually got an email to say that they were unable to repair it and when I received my Ipad after nearly 4 weeks the screen wasn't connected properly and was loose. Every employee I spoke to told me that it would be looked at within the next 24hrs and this went on for weeks before it was, they now want me to send it back so they can spend weeks examining why it wasn't put back together properly which I'm not willing to do, all items should be checked thoroughly before posting back to customers this is standard procedure for this type of business. I wasn't offered any sort of compensation or refund for the inconvenience and customer service is terrible, I would definitely never use again, they don't even deserve 1 star !
