I have had 2 phones form this company, and the first phone, though late, was excellent. On that basis, I bought my partner a phone for her birthday - and the experience has been shocking. As expected the phone took several days to arrive, but that wasn't a problem. However, as soon as we stated to try to use the phone we had problems - the screen just would not respond to input. We therefore sent the phone back and were told that it would be repaired or replaced wihtin 5 working days. 5 working days came and went, nothing. So I contacted them again " I'm sorry Sir, we will look into this and get back to you wihtin 3 working days" 3 working days came and went, still nothing. So I contacted them again " I'm sorry Sir we will look into this immediately and get back to you within 24 hours" . 48 hours later and - surprise surprise - nothing. Phone calls get cut off immediately I select the option to speak to a customer services advisor, on line chat is always "off-line" - there seems no way to get this company to give a substantive reply, much less get my money back. Next time I will definitely shop elsewhere.
