I have received absolutely appalling service from Quick Fix Mobile. The supposedly grade A refurbished iphone clearly wasn't as the screen didn't work fully. Sent for a replacement; but no replacement received within the SLA's stated by them. Constant emails using delaying tactics to avoid processing a refund. This has been going on for weeks. I am now going through PayPal for a refund.

I have no idea how QMF have had so many good reviews but it's making me distrust Trustpilot.
