After ordering a phone on the 3rd of December for ...

After ordering a phone on the 3rd of December for a Xmas present, I was repeatedly promised it s delivery. This never materialised. I was then promised a prompt refund. This also did not materialise. Had to reclaim money back via PayPal. Never ever use this company. They lie about delivery and don t pay refunds. Go buy from Apple - it s slighly more expensive but at least they are trustworthy.
