ROGUE TRADERS!!! DO NOT USE!!!

I ordered a refurbished iPhone X and only post order, was I told it would take at least 7 days to process the order, not dispatch... process .

I emailed them to cancel one hour after ordering and they said it would take 30 days to get my money back. I obviously found this outrageous and complained.

Three months later and after infinite emails, I luckily remembered I paid via Paypal, who stepped in and refunded me.
